Not sure if you like them, have you seen the chair covers/mat that is made up of round wooden balls tied like 1 inch apart? My buddy has them on his Capt chair and loves it, he is bigger and seat sides squeezed him. I think it is comfy, makes side transition a lot smoother Google wood ball seat cove...

Congratulations...no please aim the down atleast 45* to 60* so you don't blind everybody approaching dock, best part will the white 20 ft glow in front of you.

Try it , a lot better for docking in my opinion because you won't blind helpers also :thumbsup

we rolled white rustloleum paint, then I made vinyl graphics :mrgreen: for us, cheapest route, great work you're doing!@

I fly atleast 1, normal is 3, I just use thick wall aluminum poles or wood ones.

do you want add brakes? Light weight ones you can't, also figure a different axle with bigger bearings may need new wheels

Like has been said the main issue is the glue, I like the idea of open floor plan you are planning...thats what we did
