Re: 4C Innovations Pontoon Loader

I used to have issues loading on my trailer until I bought some trailer guides.. they're nothing more than pvc pipes that fit on a bracket bolted to the back end of the trailer.. one on each side, and they make lining up to load much easier.. nice thing is they slide right off the brackets so you ca...

Re: 20' South Bay 220 cr 90HP merc top speed

I think you're pretty close to being right on the money... I have a 20 footer with a 75 horse and I get about 23 to 24 at wot, which is right at 6K rpm.

Re: Fender Adjusters

They are great. so convenient when you pull up to a dock that's a different level then your own dock.. just loosen the thumb screw,...

Re: Axle bearing failures

Last year I was walking up to my truck and trailer from the dock to pull the boat out and I noticed one of my bunks was almost completely disconnected. It turns out I was missing 3 out of the 4 screws that hold the bunk on. I never thought to check them. I checked the rest and they were all loose. ...

Re: battery charge question

Just wanted to follow up on the battery post.... and to thank you guys for your input... as someone on here suggested, I ended up taking the battery to an Interstate battery distributor ( where I buy batteries for my cars ). Young man I always deal with checked it out... Told me there was no need to...

Re: battery charge question

Thanks to all for you replies.. I do appreciate it... I do have a jnc660 jump box that I could take out on the boat as a backup.. also like the idea of purchasing a " battery minder "... I've been using a battery tender. Is that the same thing? I've put a picture of what I've been using below...and ...

battery charge question

Hey guys, quick question for you.... The last time I fired up my boat was the fall of 2018.. yeah, I know right....We were trying to sell our house during the summer of 2019, and between people coming and going, not to mention the Louisiana heat, we just never got around to taking the boat out... So...

Re: What's your favorite 'toon accessory?

I'm stealing that ROLAND! Craig..Be my guest... I don't remember off hand the size of the "brackets" I got.. but I just went to a hardware store and got them.. The pole(s) are 10 feet long.. each pole comes in two 5 feet sections and they just screw together like those old time billiards / pool sti...
