Re: Still waiting for boat.

Sorry you didn't get your boat yet. Unfortunately it's not uncommon for boats not to be delivered when they're supposed to. Did your dealership give you a good explanation of why your boat hasn't arrived?

Re: Finally!!!!!!!

Glad you finally got the floater wet Craig. Still haven't gotten mine in the water due to a variety of reasons. My son sold his benny about 3 weeks ago. He's been talking about it for several years but finally pulled the trigger. I've entertained the idea of selling mine, but I'm holding off for now...

Re: 06 suntracker 21' signature repower 50hp to 115hp 4 strokes

I could very well be wrong, but personally I don't believe you would get near 30 mph... I would guess in the mid 20's. I base that on my son has a 22 foot bennington with a 115 hp 4 stroke. I have a 20 foot bennington with a 75 hp 4 stroke... when my boat was newer and the toons were clean, I could ...

Re: Difference between towing an 18 foot and a 20 foot pontoon boat

I doubt you would notice any significant difference between towing an 18 foot and 20 foot boat. We tow our 20 footer with an older Toyota 4 Runner.. it has a 4.0 six cyl. engine with a towing package max of 5000 lbs - my rig, boat, motor, trailer, fuel etc comes nowhere near 5K lbs.

Re: Buying a New ‘Toon; 2021 Qwest

Congratulations, that is a good looking rig... just one thing, when you go to pick it up, make sure they turn it over for you... will be a lot easier to tow once they do that. lol

Re: Hello from Lavonia GA!

Sorry to toss a non boat question at y’all so soon into my being here but how do you resize pics to be able to attach them to a post? All my attempts are met with a “file is too large” message. P Well just about everyone has their own way of resizing. Personally I just " open " the pic I want to po...

Bansil is right. Most don't give a fat rat's ass what your toon looks like. Enjoy the heck out of that thing.

Welcome to the forum. If you're fairly new to pontoon life, then you're in the right place. These boys know all there is to know about pontoons. Good group of people. Looking forward to seeing some pics of your toon.

Re: Recarpet bunks by jacking the boat up

I like the way you jacked up the boat to replace the carpet on the bunks.. when we re-did our bunks a few years back it was a pain in the ass. Had to put the boat in the water, tie it up to the shore while my wife stayed on the boat sipping her favorite cocktail and reading her book... then took the...

Re: New to the forum.

I cancelled the purchase of the Lowe and found a new Sun Tracker Bass Buggy 18. No delivery until mid-June. Fingers crossed. Welcome to the group. Just curious, why did you cancel on the Lowe's boat? Since you went with the Sun Tracker, I'm assuming it's coming with a mercury outboard right? You're...
