Re: #! $@×÷=!! Fish police

Bansil... oh man that sucks... $2500 is steep.. are you sure that's what you will have to pay or is it one of those " fines up to 2500.00 " Either way I hate that... seems to me they could have just issued you a warning.. On the other hand, and no, I'm not saying what they did was alright, over the ...

Re: Update my existing boat or buy new/newer used?

Honestly, if your cost to repower and / or refurbish your existing boat is anywhere near what it would cost to buy a new rig, I'd go for the new rig.. same expense ( or near ), but everything new on the boat plus a warranty.

Re: EZ fender

TIE KNOTS AT THE END OF YOUR FENDER LINE! DON'T ASK ME WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON'T..... :x :x :x reminds me of a time last year when I bought a new 15 lb mushroom anchor. tied a rope to it and gave her a toss out into the lake... only problem is I accidentally tied it to a piece of rope that was only...

Re: BATTERY QUESTION

Sorry, someone asked me to relay what battery tender told me... talked to them several days back. I was told it is completely normal for the battery tender plus to get very warm when charging... and then should start to cool off when the tender goes to the green " charged " light.

Re: How many boat fenders???

I keep three on board... I think they're 10" but not sure about that. I also have ez fender mounts on the rails on both sides of my toon so I can set them out lickity split without worrying about tieing them up at the correct height for whatever dock I'm at.

Re: 2018 Bennington - No Hour Meter!

My bennington didn't come with an hour meter.. but then again when I bought my benny it wasn't 40K. Honestly I don't miss it. Plus, if you want, when you have your boat serviced every year they can download the info and tell you how many hours you've run up. btw, congratulations on the new Benny... ...

Re: BATTERY QUESTION

Please let us know what Battery Tender tells you, if you would be so kind. Good Luck !!! Sami Okay, the more I get into this crap, the more confused I get. So I took my 13 month old Deka marine master battery back to the place I bought it. Warranty is 1 year. They tested the battery and told me it ...
