Have your attorney send him a letter. Suggesting that he him throw in a middle log for your pain/suffering and loss of your boats companionship.

He might be, and based on the many testimonials here, probably is, a very good Premier dealer to buy a 1 year rental from with low short season northern use. But.... $26,999 is still WAY too much money for a used non fishing 2010 Premier. I stepped over a pristine condition Cruise & Fish 2012 Bennin...

Stick with a company with a proven history, a strong dealer network and a long list of satisfied customer testimonials. You only pass through one time, this is not a rehearsal. Buy only quality, its cheaper in the long run. And, time is the only true test of quality. Don't be a pioneer.

I closed on the sale of the Premier in my signature in December of 2013. It is a 2012 model with only 5 hours.
