Looking at buying a toon
I'm looking at a 2006 Liberty 200 with a 60 hp mercury for $12,000. Is it a good toon and is that a good price? Thanks

Welcome Motorman
Did some looking on the net and it seems to be a good price. Nice looking toon. If it has been covered and the vinyl looks good think I would go for it. Most of the toons built in the last 4 or 5 years should be pretty reliable. A little more quality in the high dollar ones, especially in furniture. Sounds like it should be a solid boat. Is a trailer included in the price?

Yes a trailer is included. Someone was telling me I should only look at a tritoon instead of dual toon. Chelan Lake in Wa is 55 miles long and can get rough. What is your opinion between the two? I have had two 25' sailboats, two 24' bayliners power boats and lastly a 32' Carver over the years but never a toon. Thanks. to all of our vets.

That big of a lake and being rough go for the tri-toon, the one your looking at is a 20 footer right, if so then you want to go bigger, at least a 24 from what friends on big lakes tell me, 28 would even be a better ride
