New to pontoons

#1 Post by mrmjbenn » Thu Jun 11, 2009 5:38 pm

Hi all,
My wife and I are buying our first pontoon tomorow. We are really looking forward to it.
We live in central NC and have access to several lakes and rivers. We have had a Stingray boat for the past few years and wanted more room.
Thanks for having a site like this to visit and share stuff. :drunks :drunks

welcome, we have had a few boats. Pontoon by far is my favorite to run around in.

Welcome, may be the best move you have made in a while. Owned a runabout for a few years and felt the same way, needing more room and got a 2 log toon which I had over 10 years. Sold that a few years ago and got a 3 log. Now I just would not want a boat, I could not get up and walk around in. Love the toons. Excellent choice.
