We are looking at a Sundeck 24 ft with vinyl that is dried out and cracking. The boat has the wooden floor. The rest of the interior has been done and looks great. My question is how hard is it to scrape the old vinyl off of the wood? I know all about the removal of the furniture and rails and I am comfortable with that. I am concerned about having to replace the wood also.

Can anyone give me some advice on this? Specifically how much of a night mare it is removing the old vinyl from the deck. Also I would love to hear your opinions on what to put down after.

Thank you and look forward to talking with you all,

John

We're almost neighbors. Elizabeth City.
Its going to be a job and you have the same boat I do I think. Cant see the front but its looks like it. I'd just fill it in glue it and stick new carpet down.
Going to be a major undertaking if clean all that off. Fill in the cracks, glue it, stick it, RIDE. :)
