Hey guys new boat owner here (well new to me anyways) and visited this site a couple times before buying. I have never owned a boat before, but have been on many of them and driven them as well. Anyways onto the details of my new boat. It’s a 1989 20 foot aqua patio with 1977 70hp Johnson. She is pretty raggedy, but it does run and I was told it floats (previous owner last used it in 2015). I picked it up for $200 and now I need a trailer for it. Anyways glad to be here and will post pics of it soon.

Ryan

There may be an easier way than this, but this is what I normally do... I normally open the picture with paint.. ( just right click on the pic, then find open with paint ).. once opened, just find the "resize" icon, and there will be 2 boxes which show horizontal & vertical... once you fill in one, the other will automatically fill in.. when you have the pictures sized correctly just save it..... now you can upload that pic to the this forum. once your logged in the forum and you've started your post, just scroll down and find the "choose file ", find your pic, then click on add the file... once it's loaded just hit the "submit" tab. It's really a lot easier than it sounds. takes about 2 minutes at most. LIke I said, I'm sure others use different methods, but this is the one that has always worked for me. Good luck with it.

Thanks for info guys. So what you’re saying, is you guys load pics from your computers? That doesn’t sound to difficult to follow, but is there a way to load them if I’m on my phone? Thanks again for the help guys

I've got an android phone and while I love it, I've always had issues with posting pics anywhere except on facebook. So normally if I have the pics on my phone, I just use a usb cable between the phone and my computer and just transfer the pics over to the computer.

Life was simpler when this site's BB coding worked, and Photobucket didn't charge $500/yr for photo sharing.
Now I re-size and upload to the forum server.

What's the photo size limit here...200x200px?

:eviltaunt
(^^ for if/when the coding ever gets fixed)

Photobucket <sigh>

I carry an iPhone, so I Airdrop pictures to my iMac desktop, open the picture file with Preview, then Tools from the menu bar, then Resize down to something close to 640x480. Then post 'em like everyone else.

Well I guess it looks like I’ll need to put some pics on my laptop and then load them that way. I’ll see if I can get that done this weekend. Thanks for the info guys.
