Stumpbumper here from Lk. Seminole, Ga., I have a problem with water in transom fuel tank on Fishin' Barge 21w/ Merc 60 4 stroke., any ideas from others with similar issues. Already fixed gas cap, and pumped out tank, problem back in an hour after moderate use!

E-85 loves to suck up water, so you got to have no wind blowing over your tanks are they will get water in them.

He said the problem comes back in a hour. Got to be a leak somewhere. Check all clamps, vent, tank for cracks at the top, some fuel caps have built in vents as well...

Is there a performance problem or is there a verified water in the tank ?

Get a fuel/water separator kit. It's a quick and cheap do it yourself fix. Seems hard to believe you could get water in there in an hour without a leak somewhere though. Good luck.
