Well I can help you out, first reduce them to 640x480 then if you got them saved to your computer, go down to upload attachment, hit browse pick it and submit it.

If you have it saved to another site you just post the link highlight it and hit img button.

Easiest way to do it is to join photoshack.com and when you upload you can pick the size to go to make them, and you can also save pictures there for free so if your computer crashes you pictures are safe, plus you can get to them on any computer to show others
