wifes tavern receipe that rocks!

Brown 5 lbs burger drain grease.
In new like stew pot I guess u would call.
1/4 cup pepper,1/4 cup mustard,1/4 cup horseradish,1/2 cup ketchup,1 cup water,1 cup chopped onion, 1 heaping teaspoon meat tenderizer.
Cook on stove top on med-high for 30 min sterring often, then simmer 30 min.
These rocked at my party last night they are awesome! Enjoy!

Fyi so u don't ruin it all like she did the first time it has to be the horseradish in the small jars.

Yes 1/4 cup of black pepper. An the horse radish is in the little 2 oz jars I will have to check to be sure what its called

Its 3.75 oz creamy horseradish ground root is what it says on it. No it doesn't have to be new lloyd not sure what that part was suppose to say? Just a stew pot.
