Way cool! Wrap fillets in foil, hose 'em down with chunky picante/hot sauce (sauce goes on BEFORE sealing the foil!!!)and toss'em on the grill for a few minutes each side....yum!!!

Here is my bid Wade with a couple of the best from Sunday. :nana

Oh yeah, NEVER wrap fish in foil to put on a grill, mght as well bake it if its in foil. Grilling for for char marks!

Man you did great!! Those are some fish to be proud of! Very nice!
