Onboard Storage

Some stuff is a real hassle to store. I put 2 paddles on board. I don't know why - don't think I will do much with a pontoon boat and a paddle??? Camper top metal bows? Anchors? Bumpers to tie up at dock? The rear deck aft of the fence is 18". I thought about some soft sided bag stuff - I hate drilling holes or altering factory layout if I can avoid it. This area gets wet under full steam. Any storage ideas are really welcome.

I'm thinking about ordering a couple of these boat bags from Overton's.

Here's another thought, although more expensive.

Once thought of getting one of those igloo coolers with the snap on seat cushion. Figured you get a three in one if you had the room for it. Storage, Cooler and an extra seat.

It was just last night I commented to my wife, if we buy any more stuff we'll have to go shopping for a bigger boat, or a barge to tow around with all the stuff on it.

I ran across these at Lowes 2 months ago and they have worked out GREAT! :nana They have several different sizes and it turned out some fit perfect under the seats. We use the larger sizes in different heights to stack in the rear opening under the sun rest. It has made keeping things organized so much easier and they are clear so you can see what is in them without opening. They were also inexpensive for what you get and seem very durable. Big thumbs up to Hefty on this product :thumbsup :thumbsup

We keep are sleeping bags and pillows in river bags and then toss them in the back under the sun deck. it gets wet in there from time to time but but not to worry you can toss them over the side and they wont get wet on the inside had mine for 12 years, any sporting goods outlet has them. they look like a military duffel bag only mad in reinforced vinyl. I have 5 different sizes or so.
