Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum

I am thinking of putting an in floor rod storage with lid in the pontoon boat. I have vertical rod holders in the boat now and usually take about 12 outfits when we go fishing with the family. The verticals are okay but the rods we are not fishing with can get in the way a bit sometimes.

I want it about 7 1/2' long by 18" deep but about 20" wide. I want it at least 18" to get two rows of rods in it. Just wondering if anyone has done this and if so, some pics would be great and where you were able to get the rod storage box from. I have done lots of looking on the internet and have not been able to find a source for the box, so I may have to get one custom made. thanks
