Would depend on what kind of fishing though. Anything that let's you cast out is going to let bugs in too. Should be doable for still fishing though.

Catfishing is what we do. Well we have caught more turtles than fish. Lol.

Your setup is perfect. I am a fairly handy with a sewing machine so I probably will make my own. Do you remember approximately how much the fabric cost you and which thickness of netting you chose? What would you do differently?

We used the heavy duty mosquito netting from www.mosquitocurtains.com.
They sewed the 2 pieces together for free and it a really nice seam.
Talk to Curt they are good folks to deal with.
My 22 foot by 22 foot net was about 300 dollars.
It works very well!! My wife is a magnet for mosquito's and knock on wood she has not had a single bite in the several times we have slept on the boat.

Fredeboy turned me on to that website and I had a great experience dealing with them as well. They are good old boys that will make sure you are satisfied...I believe they are out of Atlanta. I actually had them make me a custom no-seeum net that covers my entire toon over the double biminis. I still haven't talked the DW into staying overnight on the boat, but will try again this year! Fredeboy has some great pics of an overnight stay he posted once before.

Again my experience with the netting guys was great and quick! If you are doing it make sure you order soom because once the weather warms they get busy with house porch screening and you might go to the back of the line...
