So, I am thinking about buying a camper to throw on my short bed pickup for me and the wife/kid to sleep in when we go boating, anyone have any advise on what to get or what not to get?

I just bought this pop up, slide in camper, because I got tired of making two trips to the lake. One to haul the boat, and another to haul our travel trailer. We haven't used it yet, but I think it will be just the ticket for two people. I'm sure there would be room to throw a kid or two in as well. The guy I got it from, used it in a short bed. I like it because of the low profile for fuel economy.

It's a 1987 Palomino, in excellent shape with 110v AC, LP stove top, porta pot, 12v/110v/LP fridge, stereo, 12 volt power supply w/ charger, sink w/ potable water tank, lifting jacks, and sleeps 4. I give a thousand bucks for it. for what I'm going to do with it, I couldn’t pass it up.

I've got a 1977 21ft loaded travel trailer for sale, if anyone is interested. $1800.00 OBO
