There are free translation programs on-line. All you would have to do is copy and paste this text into the program and ask for the English translation.
I did this for one of these lines a few weeks ago and it said something like "Free homo sex"...so I stopped even entering these Arabic phrases when they come up. That's all I need ...somebody asking why I was translating homo topic sentences.
