Removeable Downrigger Board for rear of Pontoon

Hi,
I have a 20 foot 2003 Sweetwater Challenger and want to mount two Walker downriggers on the rear of the boat. Does anyone have pics or ideas for mounting the downriggers on a removeable board? I'd like to be able to take them off for family time, but put them back on for fishing without too much trouble.
My boat will be out of storage next week and I'll be able to post some pics if needed.
