I know exactly where you'll be. We used to scuba dive in that area in the winter.
The water is so clear when night diving that you can cut off your dive light, and there is enough sunlight in the water where you can see your hand. Only Dale Hollow is clearer than Norfolk in the east.
We once went down to about 100' in daylight, and it was pitch black down there.
