New addition to the stable!

Last year we sold the lake lots and moved THE FLOATER to storage by the lake closest to the house. We went out more than ever before last year as it's only 40 minutes away now. We tent camped which I was fine with but the Admiral not so much. After lots of going back and forth and missing out on a lot of buys by minutes. ( yes the camper game is still very strong) We ended up with finally snagging this! Small enough we can take anywhere and it'll be stored 5 miles from lake with THE FLOATER, so I'll have TO make 2 trips between it and toon but it should be fairly easy. The layout with the rear dining is very rare, we were extremely lucky we got one only 200 miles away. The picture windows will look right out on the lake were we beach THE FLOATER. Can't wait!

Pickup on 4-24.

Should have a view close to this...

Congratulations! I'm not a camper guy but that one has one of the best layouts I've even seen. I like the big shower especially. I could easily imagine using that for weekends.

And you're right about lots selling quickly, Every piece of property around my lake seems to sell almost instantly if it's even close to fairly priced.

I agree - the layout looks great. Especially the large window view of the water! Enjoy!

ETA NVM....I thought it said 2001 :lol3 I'll keep this incase others look at it

Make sure to check for water damage at the back corner walls. Make sure from inside they are solid when pushed.
I have seen lots of that style old trailers damaged because the generally sit front high (after disconnected from hitch) and the uv kills silicone on rear seal.

Good luck :alright

Here he is! Keith Keystone! Pulled home from Lincoln to KC in 20+ mph winds. Was able to still do 65-70. 11 mpg with a headwind! Pretty excited about that... Mounting tv today then taking to storage right beside THE FLOATER!

Made it to storage 3 spots from THE FLOATER. iI had just mounted my TV on the wall where I was supposed to, and it didn't like the multiple railroad tracks and bumpy country roads to get there. All the bumps Pulled mount of the wall that was screwed into "studs" going to have to take it off the mount every time we travel. Luckily it fell perfectly in between the cabinets and flat to the floor so no dings anywhere. Momma wasn't happy for awhile after that. :scared :scared :scared

Sounds like you just had the wrong mounting hardware. Give your dealer a call and see what they recommend. With the correct hardware you won't have to worry about taking it off the mount.

nice! Looks like it mates up well with the truck. Tell me about the truck-year, engine etc. i have a 2015 F150 with the 2.7 L engine that is rated for about 8000 lbs towing. Thinking about renting a trailer this summer... lookin for info. How long is trailer? Looks about like the size I want to rent. 25 ft of less....

2013 2 wd 5.0 v8 tow package (brake controller, oil and tranny cooler, etc) Towing rate is totally different than what you can safely tow. Look at the sticker on your door and shoot me the numbers.

It's technically 17.7' but actually 21 from tongue to spare. It's only 4400 loaded which account for 590# of (Payload) at the hitch\truck. My total payload is around 1800# I'm way under that even with me, wife, gear and beer loaded in truck. Make sure the trailer has sway control on it. You'll need a 40$ adapter for your hitch but makes a huge difference if it's windy. I'm installing mine tomorrow.

Good luck!
