How did it work out? We still have to see the water and repairs are being held up because of other issues that are dragging me away. Any issues to this point?

I assume you mean me?
Great thus far. It wore (or rather didn't wear down) fantastically last season. No more sticking to the trailer either.
I considered the trex decking at first, but it was too expensive, ant not strong enough.

Ok, so distracted by many things, one of which was a old bow rider that suddenly turned into a new bow rider belonging to my daughter (long and short of it). after many hours of trying to figure out which way to go I finally get boat home from sons house 80 miles away and have a welder fix corrosion and pin holes in pontoons, Pictures to follow once job is done. At this point just want to get boat in the water before I older and just plain worn out from the boat drama (others boats that is).

:nana welder pressure tested both pontoons and welded all leaks, well within budget!, on top of that they put down a barrier coat and then an antifouling paint to finish the job. The cost for welding and painting plus the repair of the two props that I wanted to use cost FAR less then the original quotes. Have the electrical almost finished and started the engine that hasn't been run for more than 5 minutes in the last 4 years and it ran great (IMO that is ). Time to do some minor engine work then a maiden voyage to see if all is well.

Getting closer, won't be long before it gets wet without rain.
