It looks like it had a cutting board next to the sink. If it was me I would get a piece of plastic and laminate it in wood grain and put it in front of the face of the console. Than drill your holes for your new instruments.

That's exactly what I did on my last build. I purchased some ABS sheets and burl wood vinyl from eBay and made all of my own panels. Grab a big, cheap cutting board and cut it to fit next to your sink. You will not find OE panels for that helm...that's why it went to GLS for liquidation. But a little imagination and some decent material and you will have a beautiful looking helm :thumbsup

You might try posting the photo of your console in the general questions section and ask if any Harris owners have that console and could send you photos. Or, perhaps Harris could send you photos fomtheir archives.

Another question for you guys. I am not sure if you can tell but the console is in 2 pieces, I originally thought that the parts nested together but upon closer inspection last night, not to mention much cursing and prying, it looks like they are designed to fit together with some sort of molding. Does anyone know where to get such a molding? Great Lakes Skipper was unable to help me and after trying to get help from Harris last time I won't even bother with them.
