Alright, she's been pulled out of storage, next couple nice days we have will be cleanup days! Got to get all the extra junk off! Dark spots on the carpet are the water runoff from the cover when I pulled it off. Can hardly wait to get started again!

And here's the pic I promised of how I mounted the gas tank, battery is right behind it between the tank and the seats

Pulled the carbs off today to start rebuilding them, taking it slow being my first time working on any sized engine...

Having the flu in April makes getting things done difficult...but I've got to get her ready to go before I need to claim my storage spot in May

Have to order two new floats once I got the carbs all apart. I broke one using the screwdriver to break through the old gaskets that were stuck show and I purposefully broke the other because I couldn't get the shaft out of it to remove before placing in the dip. Was a piece of cake tearing everything else down, and just as easy to get the other one put back in.

Will get pics of the them all rebuilt and shiny once the new floats come in

I'm having trouble getting some of this stuff off. I'm going to borrow dad's pressure washer and try to pound it off

Thanks! Pressure washer's not really helping get that gunk off. taking maybe a small layer off the top, but 5 minutes in one spot isn't really making any headway. I'm going to try one last application of the acid wash after a pressure wash and rinse with the pressure washer to try to get it off. If not, I'm going to give up!
