yep, stereo too. It's a JBL black box unit. It will play either the radio or input from a 3.5mm cable. It will work for now, but I'll be upgrading. Looking at the Fusion ip700 head unit.

Guy in Warsaw (Mike). He said he's dealt with you a few times before Ty. It was the only one he had though other than the aftermarket ones.

I'll do that next time I'm up that way. I plan on making a trip up there again probably when it come's time for some more goodies.

Nothing wrong with more pictures right? The console cleaned up really well with just some cleaner

You can see on the front view a few squares of vinyl. These are the samples for our furniture colors.
The 3 on the left are the color combo were going with. French Vanilla, Brownish, Black

Can anyone identify what type of gauges these are? I checked and the only numbers I can find on them don't show anything. I wouldn't think that the manufacturer of the console would make their own.

Ferg. Those are almost exactly the same washed out blue color in the back as the ones I stole from the SeaRay donor boat. Which makes no sense whatsoever :donno

Thanks everyone for the help. I believe that they are the teleflex gauges, just with a back made specifically for the OEM's wiring harness.

I finally was able to figure out and diagram the factory dash wiring. It all makes sense now :nana

I think the only wire changing I'm going to need to do is change some of the wiring that connects to my lighting / accessories. The plugs that are currently on there are made for the factory wiring harness. That'd be great, but I have a Sylvan console with a South Bay chassis harness...

If anyone is interested, I can try and post my crappy excel made wiring diagram.

Well, it's not much, but I did get the docking lights, horn, and nav lights installed on the paneling. I went out to drop some stuff and couldn't resist doing something while I was there. Although I did forget to get some measurements I was going to get
