#1 Post by ptboatman » Tue Dec 24, 2013 1:17 pm

I have a 88 Landau I'm rebuilding, wondering if any one has used a combination of pop rivets and adhisive to fasten the fence aluminum to the pen square tube , my old fence was fastened with pop rivets every 4 inches?

I think that's the standard way to do it, double sided tape and pop rivets... I would strongly recommend the tape to prevent rattles. I skipped that step on my last boat and a couple panels would rattle on occasion... :x :x :x

Thanks for the help, I thought a thin coat of panel cement would do and save a lot of holes re drilled. Herm
