Hey all, so I found one on Craigslist http://mohave.craigslist.org/boa/4549122276.html
let me know what you think and what its worth. I have not seen it in person only the ad. Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I assume "TLC" means a boat load of work needs to be done to it

Assuming it comes with the trailer I'm thinking it won't last long. With three toons it's desirable and all the metal seems in good shape and in that arid region the floor is most likely sound. The furniture who knows, but I've had a good time on the water in more than one pontoon boat seated out with stack-able lawn chairs. I'd say take a gander at it... :thumbsup

Better hurry up...if it looks as sound in person and the trailer is ready to make the trip home it's a good buy. Even if the motor is shot, a triple log rear entry toon on a bunk trailer is worth 2-3K as a rebuilder IMO. Remember how much better your resale will be with that sort tube...

Looks like a good toon for a rebuild and the price is right better go look at it fast or it will be gone.

Good luck. Those are good for rebuilders because they have factory options a lot of toons for that age didn't. Besides the obvious 3rd tube, the stern entry (with a good factory ladder) and permanent mount fuel tank are desirable. As are the larger tubes. I want to say the one I did had 23" tubes. All adds up to a great boat to use that still has good value when the time comes to upgrade.

I just (happily) paid $2600 for a 24' Harris with a good running motor and a torn up and completely faded interior. The reasons are similar to the boat you are looking at:

Rear Entry Ladder
Large Pontoons
Good running motor.

I hope you got that for 3 grand!

Boating as "The Big Ugly" for right now, probably redo in 1-2 seasons.
