Vinyl Flooring on Plastic Decking AND 34mil or 80mil Vinyl

I have a Fisher Pontoon Boat with plastic decking (I think it is called Permadeck).
Is it ok to use the vinyl flooring on this?
What type of glue should I use? When I called PS, the sales rep said I must use a solvent based glue but had no recommendations for a brand.
Should I go with the 34mil or the 80mil vinyl?
