The waterway is tidal, and the range varies by day and season, and by wind direction. Sometimes the tide is too high to get out, so we wait a little while until the boat just fits and go thru. In the pic I posted the gap is about a half-inch with the console folded. Coming back in I may have not even needed to fold down the console at low tide.

WOW! Half an inch clearance! What happens if you get out and can't get back in?

How to you lower the console? I added a couple of electric linear actuators to lower my bimini to make it easier to clear the one low bridge on our lake.

Tides are predictable, you just check the app. I can get in and out 99% of the time.

For the 1% of the time you just drink a beer and wait a half hour.
