Pontoon Boat & Deck Boat Forum

I see a lot of really awesome rebuilds or scratch-built pontoons on here. Does anyone on this board build tritoons from scratch for someone to buy? Any information to share on the cost to build one from scratch? We'd like a 24-foot. Is there a company that folks use to buy the toons and the platform already assembled? I've seen one in Canada and The American Pontoon Company. Do you guys have good or bad experience with American Pontoon? Unfortunately, we're not really skilled or able to do the work ourselves. Would love to hear from others who have this kind of experience.

Leisure Kraft in Crossville, TN can build them to any stage of completion you'd like. Otherwise, you might have to go to Ontario to get a kit.

Sorry - We live in Indiana and winter in Florida.

Try these folks , very nice people, I bought some hat channels from them for my rebuild. I plan to buy more from them for future projects.

They do all kinds of aluminum work and build pontoons as well as pontoon boats from scratch.

Here's another manufacture of complete pontoon boat kits: TMC Inc. and here is their BOAT SIZE, CAPACITY, AND PRICING page. I've never seen one of their boats in person, but their prices do seem realistic and a savings if a person is willing to do the assembly themselves.
