do you have to remove (unbolt) motor pod and shims to replace or add cross members or additional support parts on a 2011 sun tracker PB 24 ????

I don't see why one wouldn't; without the motor in the way the pod is mearly hanging by a few bolts....

Have you received any communications from Sun Tracker about repairs to your boat?

I was advised that re-used motor pod replaced defective z bar crossmember added some horitzontal bracing and are waiting on material to apply underpinning before deck goes on. I asked if any welding of supports has been done no answer on that i asked if shims were gone they are not
Said if all go well be completed and redy for shipment back to havasu by 13th july
as far as warrranty extension factory warranty is 1 yr so my original 5 yr warranty runs out in
Aug 2016 so there is no extened warranty they pretty vaque on details of everything not sure if i will get a written copy of repair order I will have to have something from Tracker So i quess
