Just noticed boarding ladder, any more pics? Just covered a 8ft ladder? Attached with quick pins?

works pretty good. for the doberman, mostly. still would like to fine tune it. didn't like any of the doggie ladders they had for sale. https://youtu.be/AuV7wuR8zBg

should have explained it better. in the front ... 2 brackets with holes. a small diameter piece of pipe with a washer welded on one end of the pipe, slides through the ladder hole and a pin on the other side to keep it in place. to use it... pull the pipe out and pull the ladder forward off the back L shaped brackets and slide the pipe back in the back off the ladder. treated plywood screwed on top of the ladder with material of your choosing.. carpet, camping/ yoga mat spray glued on top of plywood. it's 6.5 feet. 7-8 would be better.

FWIW an idea you might like: I suspended the 5-foot loading ramps on my ATV trailer by cutting a PVC 4x4 post cover in half and screwing the resulting long "C" channels to the frame crossmembers using large-head self-tapping sheetmetal screws. The ramps glide in easy. I tried the hanger brackets first but found them to be a PITA to hit just right with the long ramps.
I wasn't sure how strong the plastic would be but they have survived many harsh miles bouncing down the highways.

The diamond plate is an interesting look but I wonder if you've gotten any complaints from any of your fellow boaters? The reflection of the sun has got to be blinding some of the other boaters!
