Are you sure it's sagging? Maybe it's just the camera angle, but from that picture it looks like the bottom rail is bent and isn't fully parallel to the top rail.

Looks like either gate is bent as mentioned by other poster.

Or your top hinge could be loose or warn out allowing it to sag. Is the distance between gate and rail the same on right side top and bottom?

It would take an amazing amount of force to bend that bottom rail. I think it’s a hinge issue.....I thought this might be a common thing.

I think the door was made with a bent rail on the bottom. Take a couple of quick measurements where I've marked with the red lines. If those measurements aren't the same, it's a door problem!!

It sure does look bent doesnt it. Good idea I will check those measurements and check for square. I was thinking it was the angle I took the pic from but the more I look at it the bottom does look bent.

Also put a level against each jamb and make sure they are both plumb--just to make sure it's a *door* issue,

I checked the measurements. The door is perfectly square and the bottom rail is not bent. This was all about the angle I took the pic and maybe a shadow. Its just a hinge issue.

so if hinge isn't loose it must be bent like someone sat on it or put a heavy cooler on it. You could try and take hinge off and straighten or replace.

Mmm...just thinking if top is sprung, bottom may be good and you have a fix, not sure if all hole would line up now tho
