There is a metal store in my local town they carry the tubing.

With that said getting anyone to bend to match your railing may be near impossible. I tried locally and per the metal workers they state it takes a special die that costs thousands of dollars. this leads you to buying premade pieces if you have special bends (radius curve).

pontoonfence and fenceforpontoon both carry standard fence pieces though no custom pieces so you have to work with what they have but they do have pieces with bends as well as straight.

Best of luck.
