I'm rebuilding a 24' '96 Starcraft DLX. It had old standard aluminum colored molding around the edge. I was hoping to radius the 4 corners, and replace with some powder coated or black anodized aluminum corner caps, and get the same color aluminum trim around the outside of the boat.

I found some aluminum companies online, looks like I can get black anodized aluminum trim in 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 1/8" like here:

Would this work? It looks like existing aluminum trim has a bunch of ridges and is a lot larger in general. Anyone have any experience with this?

radiused around corners is $$$ each would be custom.

Search for 90 alum corner boat trim and cover straight pcs with it.

I can't give much help other than a Google search and bump.

We have an older boat(actually an antique) 92 model , I don't care about the haters over perfection 99% are visiting our lake....

Bills has the pontoon edge as well. Don't know how I missed his website when doing the build he has a bit of everything.

Yep I've always wanted to make the trip to walk his lot, just haven't found the 2 days it'll take!
