Adding more power?

Looking at an older 25 foot pontoon with a Suzuki 115 already on it. The boss and I want a bit more power on it and want to go bigger, maybe a 200. Since its a two tooner, where can I find a center toon with a substantial engine mount?

I wouldn't be afraid to put an F200 on it without adding a toon but that's just me.
