How are you cleaning the cover

I have the original cover for our Tracker, I was wondering how everyone cleans their cover. Ours is starting to get black spots, and water marks where rain settles in, along with the green pollen this time of year.

I've taken mine off and after cleaning a spot on the driveway, use a soft brush and an all purpose cleaner. I have gotten mixed results with this method. My brother-in-law leaves his on the boat and washes it. Problem with that is that water leaks into the boat and then you have to do clean-up there as well.
I'm interested in what others have to say about this.

OK I am not a pro and as you can see I am new here. The Marina that I keep my boat at suffers from what was described to me as spider crap. I find it hard to believe but I was told the best way to remove it was Tilex. I gave it a go and the seats and cover look brand new. Now I am doing some research into a rain repellent to put on the cover. Any ideas out there would be welcomed?

I go to a commercial laundromat and use the large washers.

I assume you just put it back on the boat to dry? BTW, Thanks for your service!

Let it air dry on the deck at the house and then put it back on.

Ouch!!!
My cover stays pretty clean because the boat sits in the boat port at home and was always in the covered slip at LotO. My problem is with mold and mildew on the inside of the Bimini top. I have tried so many different cleaners that the fabric is getting thinned in spots. Think I'll just have to get a new one made at some point in time.
When the cover gets dusty, I just take it out and run it 55 or 60 mph..................
Behind the truck!
