This was from Bug73. he did a great job on it

Herb,

Just curious. Are those tap fins on his toon? Was John the elusive tap fin user? Other than Malcolm, I wasn't aware of anyone who had installed them.

Yep he had them and loved them, he didn't think they made him faster, but he didn't check speed before putting them on, but it did make it quieter because the water wasn't hitting the bottom of the deck.

For some reason my open office won't let me open the PPS any more, I can edit it but not play it, I hate computers
