nice looking seats,

but i have a question is pontoonstuff still suffering from growing pains?

i ordered a large pontoon consoles with a blank gauge panel and pre-wired switch panel. I did this over the phone as my computer had a mind of it's own and tried to order 9 helms. i made this order on 6/10/16, shipped 6/13/16 great right, but switch panel not listed on shipping ticket so i called young man said back-ordered until 6-17-16. on 6-15-16 shipment came in no gauge panel,had e-mail pictures of shipping label(which i understand due to people trying to get stuff not ordered).6/15/16 a e-mail saying switch panel back-ordered until week of 27th.6/20 gauge panel finally shipped,received 6/22/16. called about pre-wired panel 6/28/16 told would ship out that day no e-mail verification yet. No way in hell will boat be ready for the 4th of july cruise. I would not have taken boat apart if i had been told about back-order from the first phone.

I am very sorry about this, we are next day air shipping you the missing switch panel. You should have a tracking number in your email and we will also resend it to you in another email in case the shipment email goes to spam.

We had a mistake on that part and did not list the out of stock status for the switch. We've had some small growing pains this year but everything back to normal... this was just a screw up on my part and I'm sorry.

We don't have a phone number for you so hopefully you'll see this or the email soon.

One more thing, in the email my Call Center Manager sent he said we were shipping you the one in our showroom until they came into stock. We just got a shipment in 10 minutes ago and you'll get a brand new one so you won't need to mess around again.

I want to think curtiscapk and Mr. Myers for the quick resolution to my problem.

I will continue to do business with pontoonstuff, as this is the only shipping problem i have ever had with them.which is why i went ahead and took boat apart for the new helm.

I will be ordering some seats from them in near future.

The cover has held up great this rainy summer. the higher the peak the better it sheds water!
