permiter lighting for night fishing

#1 Post by mrmjbenn » Tue Jul 07, 2009 1:30 am

Has anyone isntalled lights on the outside of their pontoon for use in nighttime fishing. I'd really appreciate some ideas and some direction on where to buy some lights and connectors for wiring. Thanks to anyone for any ideas and help.

I usually just use the LED bobbers when anchored, backed up by a flashlight when I need light quick. Lot's of lights attract bugs so I do what I can to avoid them.

Some states have regulations on this so becareful and check your state Regs I would say red or green (naviation light colors) would be a bad choice even if not against the law.

They sell green fishing lights, http://www.aquaglowlight.com/
and there are under water and green doesn't attract bugs and if did the fish would eat them.
