What a shame. It is just another example of trying to do business in a business without sufficient cash. Boating nfg. Still sucks and only the fittest will survive.

Its been going on for a while. I think they simply bit off more than they could chew. Hope they can recover, they build one hell of a boat.

I smell a family owned business that perhaps was gutted financially by the family members let alone the purchase of another company. I've seen this before and too many blood relatives at the top wanting to get rich will put a company under. Bad voodoo.

I thought they sold a few years back that's why it's in money problems I heard they were in trouble this pass winter somebody has a sign on side of there building saying Premier pontoons owe us $$$$ and won't pay there bill
