West Marine

I don't know how widely this is known, but for those who are West Marine patrons; you know a few years ago they changed their price match policy and would only match brick and mortar stores within a certain distance (I think 50 miles). Well there is a new CEO in town, they have reverted back, and will Match all prices in stores and online, you can read the fine print on their website, but pretty much if it's in stock and same make model etc.. they match. I like supporting local businesses but can't pay $20 more for a jug of salt away than the online price. I think they'll see much improved sales volume.

I often wonder if Jimmy really did crack corn, and why should I care?

I just wish they would carry more pontoon related stuff. But good to know about the price matching - there have been times that I didn't buy from them because their price was higher than other places.

Good to know about the price match. I used West all the time for my fishing boat since there was a store on the way to my marina.

All I've bought for my pontoon at West has been stainless locking latches for the floor ski locker and under the helm replacing the cheap plastic ones that came stock on the Harris.

perfect example; Gallon jug of Salt Away; I use the hell out of the stuff running in salt water. $59.99 at West, $36.99 on Amazon. So now I can run down to WM, get what I need at an affordable price.
