Depth-finder, fish-finder issue....
I have an in-dash Garmin 95 original to my 2008 Bennington 2275GL. I kind of feel like a 10 year life is pretty good. It actually still works but the screen is clouded and I can't see all of the information. I am debating replacing it assuming there is no reasonably easy fix for it. Does anyone have any suggestion for a replacement that might fit into the hole in the dash that this uses and ideally be compatible with the cable/transducer. I know way too much to wish for but if you are going to wish, wish big!

The "95" is the OEM (Bennington) version of the Fish Finder 90 in Garmin's old line up. You won't find anything with the exact foot print of that unit for In Dash mounting. but some modification would not be that difficult with a dremel tool and one of those rotary cut bits. then you could upgrade to something new, color and even a combination unit with built in GPS.

I would try polishing the screen first. Toothpaste might work!

Like was said most plastic can be polished, i have done a ton of turn signals and brake lights due to branches and stuff, worst part is i use a wet sand paper method
Maybe a headlight polish kit followed by a uv safe wax may work
