WOW, I wonder what that will do to quality and how dealers will be affected. Glad I'm still a little over a year out from pulling the trigger on my next/forever boat. Will be curious to see how all of this develops. Thanks for posting the link to the information!

Bennington is Yamaha.Outboard's largest customer. And Yamaha is a big competitor of Polaris in ATVs and UTVs. Wonder if Polaris might switchover to Mercury as their dominant source of outboard.motors?

Congratulations to the two families that owned Bennington. In 19 years, they have built a powerhouse of a company in a very crowded field of competitors. It is now time to enjoy their success.

Bennington also owned Nautic Global which includes Godfrey Pontoon, which is Sweetwater, SanPan and Aqua Patio, too. Hurricane Deck Boats and Rinker were in that group, too. So those brands will now be part of Polaris as well.

Same could be said about their other big competitor BRP so Evinrude/Johnson would be out of consideration.

So my 2 Polaris Rzr's & my Sweetwater pontoon have just consolidated under the Polaris name. Wonder if I can get a loyalty discount on a snowmobile?
