Hello . I've Got a ? 1999 tracker deck boat 21 ft with a tracker by Mercury marine 115 hp 2 stroke with 120 psi on all 4 cylinders . The ? Is when running on river it seems motor is dragging it Acatualy throes Watter upwards on sides of motor cover and seems to be catching Watter at the middle of motor shaft of and spraying some back at boat transom while running half to full throttle . Seems as thow it should have little to no resistance and I should be close to seeing the cavitation plate when trimmed out onto plane . I think motor needs to be moved up atleast one hole ? Cavitation plate when motor trimmed all the way down is about 1.5" below bottom of boat center and on an angle Inward
