The depth of the grill storage area is 12 1/2", but it was a total custom piece so it could have been any size I wanted it to be.

Total cost including shipping was $2,700.

Holy crap!! Beautiful and very well done, but that's a steep price tag imo.

I agree with you about the price. It was at least twice what I originally thought it would be.

I will say though that it's amazingly well build. All the drawers are on stainless steel full extension ball bearing slides, the latches are all stainless and keyed the same, and the overall construction exceeded my expectations. But, it is a B.O.A.T., so isn't everything always at least an extra $1,000???? :mrgreen:

FWIW, when I saw it the first time he posted, I was assuming around $2,000. so I am not surprised.
