man, I'll bet just about all of us has seen something like that at the boat launch. I never had a "terrible" time backing her down, but my first year I sure had a bitch of a time getting my boat back on the trailer.. I can remember on one of our first times out on the boat, it took me about 10 minutes to get by pontoon loaded... at least 4 failed attempts... people in the bay waiting to load and even more people in the parking lot waiting to launch... the faster I tried to go the worse it got.. I remember telling my wife when I "FINALLY" got the boat on the trailer, as we were pulling out I said something like " if someone would give me 25 cents and a cup of coffee, they could have this S.O.B.... My wife looked over at me and said " like hell they can"... I saw her point, it was a brand new boat... Little practice and a little patience, I finally figured it out... but the boat launch is a nice enjoyable way to spend the evening most of the time. lol
