I guess I should say that we love seeing the freighters on our trips to lake St Clair. For those not familiar it's a lake between lake Huron and Erie. The St Clair river is a great place to see these big boats. This is actually a ocean goin vessel from Poland. The river is roughly 40 Miles long and 1'000 wide. With the boatnerd web site it makes waiting for freighters fun lol

I bet that's quite a ride in the life boat if it ever has to be deployed!
