What are you using for propeller size
I have a 22ft pontoon, with a tohatsu 115 2stroke wondering what propeller sizes you are using, my rpm range is 5200-5700, using a 14x11 at 5700rpms only getting 23mph... thought I would be getting alittle more

1999 25' pontoon boat with two logs. Heavy old boat with full furniture, boat is rated for 12 people.

Stock aluminum 3-blade 13.5" x 15 pitch
27 mph @ 5800 to 5900 RPM with just me and my dog aboard.
25 mph @ 5800 to 5900 RPM with six adults aboard.
