Remote controlled anchor system

I'm looking to do this on my pontoon. Probably using a ledge over the left rear toon. Minnekota 40 Deckhand? Good idea, advice or a better way to go? I'm sick of throwing out an anchor and then cleaning it off before having just sit on the deck.
